Once planning consent is approved, a detailed set of construction drawings and specification package will be produced
Co-ordinate and integrate any external consultant designs (i.e. Structural Engineer)
Prepare drawings and other information in sufficient detail to enable a tender(s) to be obtained
Complete relevant paperwork and submit an application for Building Regulations approval
Liaise with Building Control ensuring smooth running of the application process, whilst keeping the client up to date with any key application milestones until full/conditional approval is obtained
